Latia Harris

Latia Harris is a leadership advisor, speaker, and former People & Culture executive who helps people and organizations be ambitious without becoming less human. She is the founder of Latitude & Levity, where she helps leaders evaluate success more completely and make more intentional decisions about how they live, work, and achieve. On the Ambitious & Human podcast, Latia brings that lens to careers, leadership, culture, and the systems shaping all of us.

Drawing on nearly fifteen years of People & Culture leadership roles across Cisco, Box, HPE, Aetna, and Synopsys, Latia brings executive experience, organizational insight, and a deeply human understanding of how ambition is experienced in real life. Her work is shaped by her own experience building an executive career while raising young children and anchored in a simple idea: What we achieve matters. How we do it matters too.

A first-generation college graduate, Latia holds an MBA from Vanderbilt, an MA from SMU, and a BA from Canisius. She lives in the DFW area with her husband and their three children.
